Kristen Gourley

Board of Finance (2019–2023)

Shortly after graduating from Fresno State University with a bachelor’s degree in business, Kristen Gourley moved to San Francisco where she worked in retail management, and later as a recruiter specializing in finance, for DM Stone.

Eventually, Kristen’s career led her into pharmaceuticals, where she has spent the last 19 years managing territories in California, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. She is currently an oncology account specialist with Pfizer. In 2017 Kristen graduated with an MBA from the University of Hartford’s Barney School of Business.

Kristen has been a Bolton resident for the last 13 years. She spent multiple seasons coaching rec soccer with the Bolton Soccer Club before hanging up her cleats to go back to school in pursuit of her MBA. Kristen is a longtime member of the Bolton PTA and the Bolton Land Trust.

Kristen and her husband, Jonathan, have a son, Silas, who attends Bolton High School. In her free time Kristen enjoys traveling, hiking, playing tennis, attending Silas’s school events, and spending time with friends and family.

With a solid career and school behind her, Kristen now looks forward to being able to bring her extensive business experience to the table as a member of the Board of Finance. Bolton, she says, has given her and her family so much, and she’s excited for the opportunity to give back to the community.
